My computer has a virus. How much do you charge to fix it?
You have a few options regarding how fast and where the repair is done. Listed below are a few options and there respective estimated costs. All three options include complete virus removal or reinstallation of your operating system (Windows) and installation of a full lifetime antivirus program.
Option 1 - Complete In Home Service
This option is generally the fastest way to get your computer back up and running like new again. A typical in home repair takes between 2-3 hours and the final cost is determined by the actual amount of time spent in your home.
- $20 - Travel/service call fee (in the Waco area only, call for pricing outside Waco)
- $35 - First hour of in home repair (minimum 1 hour)
- $10 - Each additional 15 minutes spent in home

Option 2 - We Pick Up and/or We Deliver
This option is good for you if you do not wish to have a technician stay in your home while the repair is completed, or simply do not have the time.
- $20 - Travel/service call fee (in the Waco area only, call for pricing outside Waco)
- $59 - In Shop Virus Removal
- $20 - Delivery without setup (great for laptops) -OR-
- $30 - Delivery with complete in home setup (great for desktops)
For example, let's say you live in Waco and we come and get your computer, fix it in the shop, bring it back to you the next day, and set everything back up for you to make sure your internet, printer, and webcam all work perfect. This would cost a total of $99.
As another example, let's say you live in Waco and decide to bring your computer in to the shop yourself, let us fix it in the shop, bring it back to you the next day, and set everything back up for you to make sure your internet, printer, and webcam all work perfect. This would cost a total of $79.

Option 3 - You Drop Off & You Pick Up
This option is the least expensive way to get your computer back up and running like new again. A typical in repair takes between 1-2 days. In some cases your computer may be ready the very same day!
- $59 - In Shop Virus Removal

I don't know much about computers. Do you offer training?
Yes, we do offer training. We will be happy to meet with you in your home to answer all your computer questions and train you in any area you would like to learn more in.

I cannot get on the internet. What can I do to fix it?
If your cable internet and/or your wireless router does not work here is what you can do to fix it.
- Power down your computer.
- Unplug both the cable modem box and wireless router (if you have one).
- Let them power down all the way (30 seconds minimum).
- Plug up the cable modem box and let it get up and running (30 seconds minimum).
- Plug up the wireless router (if you have one) and let it get up and running (30 seconds minimum).
- Power up your computer.
- You should be able to get online now.
If you cannot get on the internet after following these steps you will want to contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to make sure there is not an outage in your area.
